Responsibilities

• Advise clients on workplace matters
• Litigate employment disputes ranging from single-plaintiff to class action matters
• Lead internal investigations and deliver impartial findings
• Guide clients through high-exposure situations, including separations, layoffs and RIFs, leave and accommodations, investigations
• Advise on traditional labor relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day employee-relations matters

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of labor and employment experience
• Experience in employment compliance
• Prior experience in internal investigations, wage and hour, and traditional labor matters
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
