A well-regarded firm with offices in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Attorney to support the Environmental and Consumer Products practice groups.

Responsibilities

• Support the Consumer Products and Environmental practice groups on litigation and advisory matters
• Cases include Proposition 65 lawsuits, California Legal Remedies Act claims, Unfair Competition, False Advertising claims, property contamination, citizen suits under the federal Clean Water Act
• Research and advise clients on environmental laws and consumer product compliance regulations
• 1,800 billable-hour with pro bono work counting towards satisfying the requirement

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience defending Prop 65, CLRA, and Unfair Competition and False Advertising matters, property contamination lawsuits, or Clean Water Act citizen suits preferred
• Solid academic credentials and excellent writing skills
