Responsibilities

• Work across a range of general commercial litigation matters, spanning trial and appellate matters
• Areas of litigation to include white collar defense, IP, cybersecurity, data privacy, labor & employment, land use, CEQA
• Exposure to a wide variety of disputes, with the versatility and appetite to work as a generalist

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, a judicial clerkship, or a combination of both
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Exposure to a range of litigation matters and an interest in being a litigation generalist
