Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including dispositive and pretrial motions, written discovery, take and defend depositions for complex commercial litigation matters across a broad range of clients
• Handle matters including trade secrets, business tort claims, antitrust, and class action defense

Qualifications

• 4+ years commercial litigation experience, with a national firm
• Prior experience with matters involving trade secrets, business torts, antitrust, or class action defense
• Experience with court appearances as first or second chair preferred
• Active California bar admission
• Judicial clerkship a plus
