Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on various employment matters, including drafting policies and employment agreements, litigation, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions
• Manage an active docket of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care
• Develop case strategies and manage cases

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited university
• 1-4 years experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Labor and employment experience
• Active membership to CA Bar
